We are pleased to announce that Irina Mashlenko has joined the firm’s legal team as Senior Counsel. Ms. Mashlenko will focus on supporting the Banking and Finance practice at Danilov & Partners.
Irina has more than 25 years of significant experience advising clients on various aspects of Russian law, including banking and finance, corporate governance, capital markets, currency control and bankruptcy proceedings. Previously Irina was one of the partners at the Moscow office of Allen & Overy leading its banking practice. Ms. Mashlenko has represented clients on syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured loans, pre-export finance transactions, project finance transactions, assets-backed Russian domestic and cross-border securitizations, issuance of Eurobonds in form
of loan participation notes and credit-linked notes.
Irina has been recognized as a leading banking and finance lawyer by Legal 500 and Chambers Global. Ms. Mashkenko is registered with the New York State Bar Association as a foreign lawyer. Irina received her degree from Moscow State University in 1982 and Postgraduate Diploma in 1988 from the USSR Academy of Sciences — Institute of State and Law.
