This User Agreement is a public offer that outlines the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Danilov & Partners Law Firm LLC (whether currently in existence or created in the future) via the website accessible at http://danilovpartners.com/ (hereafter referred to as the “Site”) by any internet users browsing the Site (referred to as “Site Users”).
This User Agreement is legally equivalent to a written agreement. By accepting this User Agreement, the User fully and unconditionally agrees to all of its terms, including granting consent to the processing of the User’s personal data under the terms set out in Section 2 of this User Agreement. If the User disagrees with these terms, they must exit the Site.
1. General Provisions
1. This User Agreement becomes effective upon posting on the Site and applies to all information posted on the Site on the Internet information and telecommunications network.

3. Obligations of the User
1. The user agrees not to take actions and not to leave comments and entries that may be considered as violating the legislation of the Russian Federation or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site services and the Site as a whole.
2. The use of the materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed.
3. When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required.
4. The Site Administration is not responsible for the visit and use by the User of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
5. The Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses associated with any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
4. Other terms
1. All possible disputes arising from this User Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by the User of the provisions of the User Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions to protect its interests and protect copyrights to the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the law.
3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the User Agreement is posted on the site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he is obliged to leave the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.
